1. Foundation
At 2X, we call the Foundation these four elements: Vision, Execution, Numbers and Strategy.
We had to dive into each of these four for Bill before we could implement any growth strategies.
One of the major focuses for month 1 was all about dialing in his Numbers.
Where was he making the most money? Where was the 80/20 in his business? What was the real bottleneck? Who were his best customers?
These questions that Bill, even though he had been in business for 10 years, didn’t know.
The answers were surprising and led us to a much simpler strategy for big profit growth.

2. Ignite Momentum
Once we learned more about what his best business growth strategy would be, it was time to free Bill up from some key tasks with automation and Systems.
The result of one quick change? $6,000 profit with one email.
We cut out what Bill was focusing on in month 1, but then addressed what he was spending the vast majority of his time on (handling leads and deals) by implementing a CRM and email automation.

3. Scale Time!
Now that Bill was more organized and streamlined than ever, it was time to turn the attention to filling up his pipeline with more good deals and dream customers.
He implemented the certain systems, tracking, and new team rhythm to help him and his other salesman be able to focus on consistently driving results and new sales.
