As a tax accountant for individuals and businesses, Bobby had a reputable business with many customers. But since he lacked systems and a team, he had to work pretty much any waking hours during tax season just to meet his customers’ needs.
Before 2X, Bobby didn’t know his numbers, he didn’t have any systems in place, and he definitely didn’t have a model that was ready to scale.
