The Company: 2X is a fast-growing coaching and consulting company helping entrepreneurs all over the world scale their business and freedom faster than ever.

The Role: Business Coach - This role helps entrepreneurs from around the world systematize and scale their businesses.

Location: You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is virtual.

Pay: Pay is competitive and the details will be discussed if you are a good fit.

Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), with the potential to start part-time (20 hours/week) and ramp up over time.

We are accepting applications for a qualified Business Coach to join our growing 2X team and get paid to empower business owners from around the world with our proven 2X Coaching and Consulting Training Programs.

Your actions speak integrity as you'll be taking a stand for clients when they don't take a stand for themselves.

You are able to learn and leverage our proven frameworks and methodologies, while at the same time bring your own experience to develop and implement high-leverage strategies with business owners.

You are process-driven, a great problem solver, and can figure things out on your own with minimal direction. In short, you can create your own structured work environment.
 

You actively read and seek out new learning from books, courses, and events to get better at your role. 

You are well-versed in all facets of business. From marketing to sales, operations to business strategy, hiring to leadership... you can help 6 and 7-figure businesses in the areas that matter.

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?

You are passionate about personal development, scaling businesses, and helping people hit their goals and reach their potential.

You can show proven business success from previous companies, either your own that you’ve scaled or others that you’ve worked with, to advise other small businesses to scale in a sustainable way.

You are very strong at strategy, operations, scaling, and can advise others to scale their businesses while building a much healthier company.

You have the ability to coach and consult, meaning you can help support through challenges and hold them accountable, while also being able to advise them on strategy and how to work through their biggest bottlenecks.
 

You are ready to share the lessons you've learned throughout your business journey AND begin the next level of personal development and mastery by teaching others.

You have a systems mindset and are great operationally. Our superpower at 2X is focusing on the things that really matter, not the shiny stuff, so you have to be strong at operations and execution.

You are a standard-setter and will challenge your clients to rise to achieve their highest potential.

You implement. And do so with minimal direction, doing a lot of your own research to find the best way to solve the problem at hand.

Some of the Specific Role Functions

Provide clients a great onboarding experience

Understand their current business and opportunities so you can help them set their top goals and strategy to achieve

Lead and manage clients through their weekly coaching calls using the 2X methodology and systems to achieve their desired sprint goals

Attend weekly coach meeting to collaborate with other coaches and solve challenges in the way of creating client success

Periodically deliver training to the coaching team on your areas of expertise so that as a team we are all improving

Client Management

Coach General Responsibilities

Live out the 2X core values and take ownership for helping clients, the team, and the company succeed

Program Improvements 

Provide guidance, insights, and thoughts on how to make the 2X methodologies and training program even better

Bring back insights from clients on gaps or improvements that we can make  

Use time that is not spent coaching clients to help build the systems and training programs
