Client Management
- Provide clients a great onboarding experience
- Understand their current business and opportunities so you can help them set their top goals and strategy to achieve
- Lead and manage clients through their weekly coaching calls using the 2X methodology and systems to achieve their desired sprint goals

Coach General Responsibilities
- Attend weekly coach meeting to collaborate with other coaches and solve challenges in the way of creating client success
- Periodically deliver training to the coaching team on your areas of expertise so that as a team we are all improving
- Live out the 2X core values and take ownership for helping clients, the team, and the company succeed

Program Improvements
- Provide guidance, insights, and thoughts on how to make the 2X methodologies and training program even better
- Bring back insights from clients on gaps or improvements that we can make
- Use time that is not spent coaching clients to help build the systems and training programs
